Our rarest experience, and the only one that is entirely private. You are welcomed with champagne. You cook alongside Yannick Leclerc, in the kitchen. Then you sit down with him in the heart of the gallery, by candlelight, each course paired with its wine by our sommelier. An evening for two, or for eight. Never more.
An evening like no other

Le 3ème Cercle is not a restaurant. At Yannick's, you cannot “book a table”. And yet this evening is the only way to sit at his table — and it is yours alone.
All our classes are open to everyone. The Dinner is the opposite: your table, and no one else's. The chef doesn't just “pop by to say hello” between courses: he cooks with you, then sits down with you.
It is rare because it is him, truly him, all evening long.
Why this table
The chef who opens the doors backstage
Yannick Leclerc, 35 years in the kitchen, trained in the greatest Michelin-starred houses, former trainer of the chefs of the École Ducasse. He has spent his life passing the craft on. And that is exactly what he does at this table.

The door closes behind you: the place is yours alone. Glass in hand, you wander among the artworks before putting on the apron. Tonight… there is no waiter, no sommelier, no sous-chef.
You cook together
At his side, you prepare the evening's menu, with music exceptionally allowed into the kitchen. He guides, he teaches, he puts you at ease — whatever your level.
You sit down to dinner…
… in the gallery, surrounded by the artworks. The candles are lit. You taste what you have made, each course having been paired with its wine beforehand by our sommelier.
You share
Between courses, Yannick tells his story: 35 years of cooking, the houses where he trained, the trade from the inside. The part no one forgets.
You leave with a keepsake
An apron embroidered with your name, and a few attentions from the house, so the evening follows you home.

No set menu: it is decided together with the chef, according to your wishes and the season. That is where the Dinner takes on its full dimension: you can aim high, very high.
Yannick loves improvising on the finest things the market has to offer. You tell him what you crave, he proposes, you agree — and it is your dinner taking shape, not one more service.

Give a moment, not an object
You pay for the package; your guest receives an invitation, valid for one year, and then agrees on the date and the menu directly with the chef.
And… it is our rule… no price ever appears on the invitation: they receive an experience, not a bill.

Not at all. The chef guides you at every step: it's an evening out, not an exam — and a genuine tailor-made cooking lesson along the way.
On request. Together we agree on a date that suits both the chef and you. The Dinner never appears on the public calendar.
Yes. The Dinner is him, from the beginning to the end of the evening. Our public classes are led by the chef or his brigade in group sessions, without a shared dinner.
Unfortunately not: beyond that, the experience loses its intimacy. The two-to-four-guest formats remain the most accomplished.
Tell us everything: every detail is taken into account. Yannick composes the menu with you and for you, and our sommelier then prepares the food and wine pairing.
