Seminars & study days · An unusual venue · Paris 11
The seminar that wakes your teams up,not the one that puts them to sleep
You work in a light-filled art gallery, fully equipped for meetings and presentations. When mealtime comes, you move into the kitchen and the chefs cook the dishes in front of you (“show cooking”) — or with you! The team then puts on an apron for a cooking class, at lunchtime or in the evening. A day designed from start to finish, all in one place, so your teams leave with something better than a sore back and three slides.
Full day or half day · up to 40 people
A typical day
A working seminar, punctuated by a “show cooking”
Tell us what you want to accomplish : a committee meeting, a launch, collective thinking, a training session. We build the day around it. The principle : you work, and the culinary highlight happens at the lunch break or in the evening, alongside the chef.
Welcome coffee
The gallery becomes your meeting room : video, sound, natural light, artworks on the walls to let you breathe.
A morning of work
You work ; we keep everything running smoothly : logistics, breaks, technical support.
Lunch break : the “show cooking”
The chefs cook in front of you : a lunch cocktail, or a real cooking class if you want to get your hands dirty. Then everyone sits down together in the gallery.
An afternoon of work
Back to work, minds refreshed. Coffee break + homemade treats.
Wrap-up
The day ends around 5:30 pm, or carries on into a company evening (drinks, dinner in the gallery, culinary workshop).
Morning half day
Work in the morning + cooking class, then lunch on site.
Afternoon half day
Work in the afternoon + cooking class, then dinner in the gallery.
Full day
Morning of work + class/show cooking + lunch + afternoon of work.

The venue
Working in an art gallery changes the whole day
Most seminars happen in an impersonal room : grey carpet, neon lights, a U-shaped table. Here, it's the opposite. The gallery is bathed in natural light, with contemporary artworks on the walls. And it is fully equipped for work : video and sound. That's not all : the venue also has a professional kitchen where the chefs run the show cooking or the cooking class. Everything is under the same roof, in Paris 11. The only venue in Paris that brings together an art gallery and a professional cooking studio.
Worth slipping into the seminar : the sensory Arty box, an interlude of about an hour that awakens all five senses around the artworks.
Why meeting in person matters
Bringing your teams together, in person, has never mattered more
Over the past few years, we've learned to do everything remotely : video calls, screen sharing, saturated calendars. It's efficient, but something has faded : those moments when a team looks at itself, talks, and knits back together.
A seminar shouldn't be yet another day of slides. It's one of the rare times in the year when everyone is in the same place, at the same time. Make it a real moment : you do real work, and you do something together around a meal.
A day like this is worth ten video calls.
