The idea
Turning the plate into an artwork
The chef introduces you to the exhibited artist's work, then takes you into the kitchen to compose a menu inspired by the exhibition: the show's title or its works, their colours, lines and textures. Each team composes its plate like a painting and enjoys it in the gallery: a new, ephemeral artwork — yours — takes its place on the table.

Welcome and exhibition tour
The chef welcomes you and walks you through the current exhibition.
Cooking in teams
Guided by the chefs, each team dreams up a dish from a surprise basket of ingredients, in dialogue with the artist's work.
The signature plating
Each team composes its plate like an artwork and enjoys it in the art gallery, surrounded by the works that inspired it.
