The workshop, in practice

Not at all — that's the whole point. The chef and his brigade guide every gesture, from knife work to plating. Complete beginners, curious food lovers, kitchen aces: everyone finds their place. You leave having learned something, without ever feeling judged.

You cook together, in teams, around a menu designed for your group, then sit down to enjoy what you've created. Depending on the format, we add a challenge between brigades, a behavioural reading (DISC), or an « art » thread through the gallery. The exact flow is built with you.

Connection — the real kind. In the kitchen, titles fade away: you organise, help each other, pass dishes around. « You do things together, and that creates a very different dynamic from a meeting. » It's an in-person moment that leaves a mark, at a time when everything else happens behind a screen.

Your workshop is led by Yannick Leclerc or by a chef from his brigade — always a professional of the trade, never a mere facilitator. The only experience led by Yannick in person from start to finish is the Dinner with the chef.

Allow roughly half a day for a team building (workshop + meal), a full day for a seminar (work in the morning, cooking in the afternoon, dinner to follow). We adapt the duration to your programme: tell us your time slot, and we build around it.

Everything anticipated for you

Anticipated, systematically. Vegetarian, halal, gluten-free, allergies: tell us everything upfront and we adapt the menu so no one is left out. For us it's a reflex, not an option.

Yes — it's actually the rule. Menu, challenges, timing, guiding thread, company message to get across: we build your event around your objectives. Tailor-made isn't an extra, it's how we work.

Ideally 2 to 3 weeks ahead, to prepare the menu and the details calmly. But we also know how to handle urgency: depending on availability, we can organise last-minute requests. The best thing is to write to us as soon as you have a date in mind.

It depends on the format: up to 40 for a seminar (work + cooking), up to 32 seated at the table (lunch or dinner), up to 55 for a standing cocktail tasting for a team building and up to 70 for a cocktail dinner (standing, around the chefs' stations). At the lower end, a small team is enough. Beyond that, let's talk.

Yes: after every event, you receive a keepsake booklet (the photos of the moment and the recipes you made) to share with your teams. The moment lives on after the evening.

Budget, quote, payment

Our culinary workshops start at €129 excl. VAT per person for 4 hours, tasting included, for up to 55 people. Specialised workshops (Cooking & DISC, Arty box), seminars, receptions and exclusive hire are priced individually. For workshops and seminars, everything is included: the venue, the chef and his brigade, the ingredients, the drinks, service and coordination. For receptions and exclusive hire, drinks and service are itemised in the quote. One single point of contact, zero unpleasant surprises. For your exact figure, estimate your budget in one minute.

In one minute: our estimator gives you an immediate range based on the format, headcount, date and options. You confirm, and you receive a pre-filled quote, fine-tuned with us within 24 business hours. No « fill in the form and wait ».

We send you a clear quote within 24 business hours. Once approved, you receive a proper invoice in your company's name. Purchase order, specific wording, procurement process: tell us your constraints and we adapt to them.

Through the usual channels for a corporate service (bank transfer, per the terms agreed in the quote). The details (possible deposit, instalments) are spelled out in black and white on your quote, so everything is crystal clear before you commit.

Something unexpected comes up? We talk it through. Cancellation and postponement terms are specified on your quote (they depend on notice and format); whenever possible we favour rescheduling over outright cancellation. The idea: for you to book with complete peace of mind.

Yes — the Dinner with the chef is our exceptional gift, and we offer works council (CE) partnerships. The recipient receives a transferable invitation, valid for one year, and arranges the date directly with the chef; the price is never disclosed to them: they receive an evening, not an invoice.
