The idea

Pastry, a collective playground

Pastry demands what savoury cooking forgives: precision. You weigh, you whip, you plate, you decorate — and everyone finds their role. Guided step by step by the chef, your teams create sweet pieces inspired by the seasons, from the technical gesture to the final decoration.

Then the art gallery turns into a tasting room: you share your creations among the artworks, with the pride of having made them yourselves. The same unifying spirit as our team cooking class, sweet edition.
