Chef stations scattered through the gallery and the kitchen, each with its own dish, plated and served on the spot. Your guests drift from one station to the next, glass in hand, and the meal unfolds standing up, one encounter at a time. It's lively, it's delicious, and it loosens tongues far better than a stiff seated dinner.

Here, you sit down. The chef composes a market-driven menu and cooks it in front of your guests, then everything is served at the table. Ideal when you want to take the time to enjoy : a client lunch, an executive committee, a team meal meant to be remembered. The cooking as a show, the meal in confidence.

For a reception, drinks and wines are priced to measure and itemised in black and white in the quote (in our workshops, they are always included). In every case, we pair the wines with the menu.
