The idea

No arms-crossed demonstration here: everyone gets involved. Chef Yannick Leclerc composes a three-course seasonal menu with you, sharing the techniques and the reasons behind them: why this cooking method? Why this seasoning? There is never a pre-set menu here: we improvise around the best products of the market.
Then the art gallery turns into a private dining room. You plate up, settle in and enjoy — no rush. It's the great classic of Le 3ème Cercle: the simple, unifying pleasure of making things yourself.

Large groups
Above 28 people, we split into brigades with a parallel activity (the sensory Arty Box, in rotation), then everyone gathers for a dinner cocktail in the gallery.
