A format we love! A chef — established, itinerant, or just starting out — can hire the 3ème Cercle to host their own event : a signature dinner, a culinary pop-up, an evening under their own name. Just as an artist books a hall for a concert, the chef books the venue for their cooking. Here, we're not the caterer : we are the stage.
You bring your universe, your guests, your menu ; we open up an art gallery and a professional kitchen, and we step back. A real kitchen to work in, a gallery to host in, and our hospitality know-how if you want it.
