1. Data controller
These websites are published by SARL Chacam (Le 3ème Cercle and L'École du 3ème Cercle), whose registered office is at 20 rue de la Pierre Levée, 75011 Paris. For any question about your personal data: yl@3ecercle.fr.
2. What data we collect and why
- Quote request / contact (companies): company, first name, last name, e-mail, phone number and the details of your project (number of participants, date, requested service, message). Purpose: answering your request, drawing up a quote and managing the business relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.
- Booking / class registration (individuals): first name, last name, e-mail, phone number and order details. Purpose: managing your registration, your payment and the organisation of the class. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Audience measurement (if you consent to it): pages viewed, source, device type, via Google Analytics 4. Purpose: understanding how the websites are used and improving them. Legal basis: your consent.
- Origin of your visit (if you consent to it): campaign parameters (UTM) and advertising click identifiers, to measure the effectiveness of our marketing actions. Legal basis: your consent.
We collect no “sensitive” data and carry out no automated decision-making. The Google reviews displayed on the websites are read live from Google and involve no collection of data about you.
3. Cookies & trackers
No audience-measurement or marketing cookie is set before you agree. When you arrive, a banner lets you accept or decline with one click; by default, nothing is activated.
We use two categories of trackers: those that are necessary for the website to work properly (such as your booking basket), set without consent; and those for audience measurement and marketing (Google Analytics), set only if you consent. Your choice is kept for 13 months.

To spare you from answering twice, the choice you express on one applies automatically to the other when you move from one to the other. You can change it at any time on either website.
4. Recipients & processors
Your data is intended for the teams of Le 3ème Cercle. It may be processed by our technical providers acting on our behalf: our host, our payment provider Stripe (for online bookings) and Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) for audience measurement. A transfer outside the European Union may take place in this context, governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We neither sell nor rent your data to third parties.
5. Retention periods
- Quote requests, bookings and prospecting data: up to 3 years after the last contact.
- Contractual data and accounting records (invoices): for the applicable legal retention period (up to 10 years).
- Cookies and trackers: 13 months maximum; your consent choice: 13 months.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to us at yl@3ecercle.fr (proof of identity may be requested). You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure (encrypted connections, restricted access, backups). Payments are secured by our provider; we do not store your bank card details.
